I love this dress! It has a great "Mad Men" (cute vintage secretary) sort of vibe. Mine fit me great off the rack everywhere except across the hips, where it was a little snug, but with a pair of Spanx it was totally fine (and I have that problem with most dresses anyway). Very cute! I pair it with a cardigan and flats.

I LOVE this dress. I paired it with black knee high boots and a black jacket. The back hangs a little low so I will need to always wear a cover with it or shorten the straps to help hold up the back so my bra doesn't show.

The sizing on this dress are incredibly off. I usually wear a 20/22 but I had to go up to a 26 in this dress for fit. It is cute but small. Make sure you order up at least 1-2 sizes.

Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort, everything
This dress is amazing! I've never had a garment fit me so well straight off the rack. The sweetheart neckline is great for a large bust, and the belt makes for a tiny waist. I would wear this everyday forever if it were appropriate. It's great for career, casual, and you could totally kick it up for night time, with the right cardigan and shoes!
