Toe box extremely short and narrow. Looked good on line but disappointed in the appearance when they arrived. Never returned shoes before these.

Ran extremely narrow

I purchased these shoes via an online order in an 11W. As soon as I put them on with a trouser sock, I discovered they were as narrow as they looked. The shoes looked very narrow, but I figured they would stretch when I put them on. They were cheaply made and looked cheap. I returned them to the store, and compared them to another shoe in an 11W only to find out that they were much smaller in length and width of the shoe. I would not recommend these to anyone.

These flats are cute, they fit pretty true to size. I did find that they don't have much support, even for a flat. I have other flats with more support and comfort than these. Not for all day wear.
