The material for these socks are very comfortable but the band stretches very easily and after the first wear the socks will not stay up and bunch around your ankles giving you perpetual granny sock for the day. I have yet to find socks for the fuller figure woman that will stay up leaving me to have to wear anklets and show bear legs when my dress pants ride up when sitting. Someone please make some knee high socks for girls with fat calves.

Great socks with one exception

I bought several sets of these socks when the combo was 1 pair of black and 1 pair of grey/white/black stripe. I LOVE them, however, the striped socks get holes in the toes very easily. I do not know why only the striped ones do this, because the black ones have not. Both styles are very comfortable, unless wearing a pair with a hole.
