Bought 2 more!
Date:April 19, 2013
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
Got the grey in Petite because I'm vertically challenged. Didn't have to have it hemmed at all! Earlier reviews commented on the waistband being snug and whatnot --- it really didn't bug me. The pants look well pressed throughout the workday (I have 9-10 hour days). These pants are versitle! Got more of these (2 black).

Great work pants!
Date:April 19, 2013
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
I now own 5 pairs of these pants and love them! They are super comfortable and look great, even after washing a few times. The only thing, others have pointed out too, is that the waist band is not forgiving when coming up. My booty and thighs are bigger than my waist, so I have a hard time in the beginning pulling them up.

Best Office Pants E ver
Date:April 4, 2013
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
Working in a office ,sitting stooping, walking, bending these pants held there shape! Didn't wrinkle or bunch. Career pants that are so comfortable! Nice comments on the style from co-workers. They go with flats, pumps or a casual sandal. I would buy these again.

Tight Waist
Date:March 20, 2013
Pros: Style
Cons: Fit, Comfort
Waist is too tight for size of pant, does not have enough stretch. I have this style from several years ago and they are perfect. But while the shape and material of the pant seems to be the same, there is a thinner elastic (about 1/3 of the width of the waistband), which does not have much stretch to it. Wish they would bring back the same quality as before, they were great.

Love these pants!
Date:March 11, 2013
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
I am 6'2" tall and the tall pants work perfect for me. I do find that I usually order a size smaller than I normally wear, as they stretch out as the day goes on. They are comfortable, and can be dressed up or dressed down.

Good pants - not excellent
Date:March 3, 2013
Pros: Style, Fit, love the feel of material
Cons: not comfortable taking on and off
I love these pants but I have a big but and a smaller waist. The waist band on these pants are constructed and don't stretch very much. It is a challenge to put them on and pull them down to go to the rest room. They do however, look great on and feel great on. I didn't want to go the next size up because then the waistline would be too large for me. Besides, no lady ever wants to go to a larger size. Love these pants, and wish the waistline stretched a little bit more.
I hope that they make more and offer more colors. Navy blue would be great now that spring and summer are almost here.

Replacement
Date:February 18, 2013
Pros: Style
Cons: Fit
I purchased this pair of pants to replace my favorite Layne Bryant black pant that I have had for years. They fit almost as well as the old. The waist band is more fit than the old style. The older version seemed to be a bit more stretchy in the waist. I also was a little dissapointed that they only came in the 2 colors and the older similar version I have in Taupe, Black , Navy, Harringbone and Black. The best part of this pant is you can dress it up or down.

Almost back to the original pant!
Date:January 21, 2013
Pros: Style, Comfort
Cons: elastic band at waist does not stretch., if you're pear shaped buy one size larger., material gets nubby
I've been purchasing the ponte knit trouser every fall/winter for at LEAST10 years. It's the only business casual pant that I wear. The original pant was awesome. It was made out of a heavier rayon (?) blend that draped and moved nicely. The waist at the band was truly elastic. Then the pant was updated to this new cotton (at one point almost sweatpant-like) material that gets nubby and shrinks horribly. ...and then they added those UGLY zipper pockets that destroyed the pants and all other garments in the wash.
With all that said, I was so excited to see that this years ponte knit got rid of the zippers and returned to their wide elastic band. When I received the pants in the mail I was a little disappointed....the material isn't as cheap as it once was but it's not that nice heavy finished material and the elastic waist band....is not stretchy. If you are pear shaped, as I am, make sure you order a size bigger or you will not get these over your thighs/hips without bruising and cracking/snapping (threads breaking) of the band.
Advice for next seasons pants- put back the thick elastic band for the waist. The band was flattering and comfortable....this new band, not so much. It would be nice if the material was a little heavier and stretchy so that it moves better also .

These are great pants!
Date:January 2, 2013
Pros: Style, Comfort
I got these in the two colors available and have been very happy with them. I'm 6' tall, and the average is fine for length, but will order the talls online in the future. I do wish other colors were available. I'm not sure what the previous reviewer is saying about the fabric - it's held up very well.

cheap looking and feeling
Date:December 25, 2012
Cons: Fit, Style, Comfort, look and feel cheap
These are horrible. The fabric is the cheapest looking and feeling fabric I seriously have ever come across in a pair of pants. Not to mention the cut is completely outdated. I have had yoga pants that looked nicer than these but at least those were stretchy and comfortable. The waist band barely stretches and since there is not button or zipper, they will never fit your hips and waist appropriately. They are a hot mess all around.

Versitle Pant
Date:December 11, 2012
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort, good travel pant
These pants hold their shape when worn, fit perfectly and wash niceley. The pant can be worn for business or casual wear. I would recommend them for business travel as they pack well and don't wrinkle when rolled .

Theses are very comfortable I need the Talls though at 5'8 " the average height makes you look like you should be in an MJ video. Please get them in other colors. A really dark navy and an espresso would be great.

Disappointing
Date:December 6, 2012
Pros: Comfort
Cons: cheap fabric that doesn't last
I bought 2 pairs of these about 2 months ago. Within the 1st week I noticed that the hem on the right leg of BOTH pairs had come undone. Over the last couple of weeks, I've also noticed that the fabric is already starting to wear thin in areas.
I won't be buying these again...for the amount of money spent on them, I expected much better quality.

I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO BATTLES FINDING THE RIGHT FIT IN TROUSERS. WELL THANK THE LORD FOR THESE PANTS! GREAT FIT. THE WAIST IS SNUG AND DOES NOT STRETCH THAT MUCH, BUT ONCE ON THEY LAY NICELY, FIT MY HOURGLASS FIGURE. LOVE!
