I see negative reviews on these pants and I am not sure why. No the pants aren't made for woman who are thicker in the middle, there are OTHER pants available for that shape. AND, in terms of tummy tightening tech, ladies, we aren't trying to cover 10 pounds. I found these to be a wonderful pair of pants. I am 5'2" and the petite fit my length well. It would have been my preference to get a size 20 but they were really just big all over. I tried the 18 and even though they are snugger than I usually prefer THAT is the size that actually fits. LOVE THEM. Have washed them several times and am pleased to report they are holding up quite well. I wish they were available in other colors.

I bought two pairs of different style pants from LB and this pair was very tight in the waist so if you are thicker in the middle this will not be the kind you want. If I went up in size it may fit better but the legs would be really too big.

Really disappointed with these, especially for the price. The supposed "tighter tummy technology" is pretty much irrelevant based on the fact that the panel is about 1 inch wide and around the wait. Not worth the price at all.

T3 Technology makes pants fit almost too tight in the waist nd never seems to leave enough room in the crotch. I don't like this cut of pants. Not a good look on short legs or thigh-heavy legs. Length is short too. I sent these back,

I bought five pairs one for each work day.These pants are comfortable. Able to wear the average length with sneakers without dragging on the floor. Stays snug around the waist but not tight around the but and legs. Wash and wear well. Comes out of the dryer without wrinkles. Does not shrink. Very happy will be buying more after I clean out my closet.

These pants are shorter than the inseam measurement describes. They are suitable to wear only with flats. I've also washed mine twice and piling is already evident. I will not be purchasing T3 items again.
