I Never Thought I would buy skinny jeans

I have very large legs due to a history of long distance running. I no longer run, but my legs are still very muscular, and just big, especially in the thighs. I never thought I would wear skinny jeans, but they look great. I can wear them with tight and loose tops and I have even worn them under dresses.

I never thought I could wear a skinny jean as I am not a small woman, 18/20 on top & a 20 on bottom.
The sales girl suggested these on one of my weekly trips - lol & OMG, I LOVE these jeans.
I have purchased 4 more pairs because I want to just live in them!!

These are fantastic. The cut, color and fit are great. (5'2" 250#, very hippy build). The length is too long, but they look delightful rolled.

I like the way these jeggings look like denim jeans, but with the full comfort of a stretch legging. They have nice stitch details, but those would have been awesome in metallic thread for a bit of bling.

Loved at first, but then disappointed.

Loved the way these looked when first put them on, but after a couple of hours they did not keep their shape. They became baggie and saggy and I was constantly pulling them up. I would return them but they have been washed and shortened.

Pros: They look cute and have a nice dark wash. And as a major bonus, they have front pockets!!
Cons: Very high, small waist. Depending on cut I wear a 22 or 24. I ordered 24 in these and they were still a bit restrictive feeling in the waist. I am 5'8", have a high rise, wide hips and big tummy . Even though these were "jeggings" and I thought they'd be a bit stretchier, they didn't fit as well as I'd hoped. I bought two pair online and exchanged one of them for another style.
They also were not very skinny in the ankle. Most "skinny" pants for us bigger ladies just look like normal, straight-leg pants on me, but I was hoping these would be more defined at the ankle, and they're not.

My all time favorite jeans

I was hesitant to buy these at first because they are so expensive. But as usual I waited till I had a coupon and a sale that reduced them down and I absolutely love, love , love these jeans. They are sooo comfortable and I love the stiching which keeps it from looking so generic. When they had the buy one, get one free event I bought 2 more pair, so I wasn't always having to wait for them to be washed. Now I am looking at getting a pair of plain ones. So glad I bought them.

These are seriously one of my favorite pairs of jeans that I've ever owned. They are so flattering on! I ordered them in an 18 and they fit true to size. They do stretch out a little in the knee area after a couple wears, but they are still worth it! Bought a pair of knee high boots to wear with them, and I never want to take them off! They are also super cute rolled up with a pair of wedges. All-in-all, no complaints, and I'd love to see more of this Genius Fit brand!

I was very skeptical about anything called jeggings BUT these are super comfortable and as a short person they only place they bunched are the bottom. If you are wearing boots not a problem, Heels, you will need to get them hemmed. They look just like a pair of jeans! They are my favorite thing to wear now!!!

No matter how in style straight leg jeans, leggings and jeggings are, they are not becoming at all considering my apple shape. I wish I could wear them but I took too top heavy. They don't flatter me at all. Perhaps others are comfortable wearing these so i gave them 3 stars.

I bought these because of the good reviews and also the picture shows tight, skinny jeans that fit the ankle. I thought I can wear these with my new riding boots. NOPE. I am walking around right now looking like a saggy kneed pirate. I am so upset but the fit. They are tight up top and then loose from the knees down, looking like straight legged jeans. I dont even know how these can be called skinny. I wish I wasnt wearing them right now so I could return them, but I decided to wear to work straight out of the box and am upset.

I tried these on in-store and thought they would serve their purpose. When I got them home and paired them with riding boots, I realized how wrong I was. Look at the model...see the bagging at the knee? These do that. When the fit is right in the thigh, calf and waist, it isn't quite right at the knee. They bag around boots! Very disappointed with these and will have to return them.
