As everyone else has said this runs very small! Absolutely the cutest thing going and so glad I bought it, just wish it fit a lot more true to size.

i wear a 22/24 in lane bryant reg. underwear and the same in pants from them. I am glad I read the reviews before ordering because it runs AT LEAST a full size smaller. I can wear the 26/28 but just barely. That being said, I am keeping it because, well, it wont be on long :) It is a great set ( with matching bra ) Just be warned that it does run small. Also, if you have a big lower belly it barely covers it. It needed to be just a little bit longer.

I have always loved plaid pleated skirts and this is by far one of the best ones I've seen. For too long big girls have been given the short end of the stick when it comes to lingerie but Lane Bryant has really stepped up their game recently, This skirt is adorable and sexy at the same time and when you pair it with the matching bra you defiantly get an A+. The only problem that I have is the sizing, this skirt runs at least a full size too small and it is nonadjustable in back. I wear a 14/16 in LB panties and sometimes a 18/20 in other lingerie pieces but I had to get a 22/24 in this set.

the skirt is adorable and im in love with it. however, it runs extremely small. i wear a pant size 18, almost a 16, and the 22/24 wouldnt even go around me! have to order a 26/28 :(. if you are larger than an 18/20, might not be worth trying even. really disappointed in that.

I tried this on at the store today and was instantly sold. I've always lamented the skinny girls getting the adorable stripper microskirts. It's about time they made one for us voluptuous vixens.
I was warned by the clerk that they run small. I recently went from a size 26/28 in pants down to between a 16 and 18 due to slow weight loss over the past year. I used to wear a pretty solid 26/28 in LB panties, but haven't tried any new ones on lately. My figure is disproportionately large in the stomach. What I'm trying to say is, I'm definitely not a 26/28 anymore, however, that's the size I'm buying this in. If you don't get a large enough size, the skirt will ride up at the horizontal seam between the waistband and the pleated part.
Note that the garters are attached such that if you pull down on them as if you they were attached to a thigh stocking, they WILL pull down the skirt at those points all the way to the waistline. So I do not see how you can keep the waistline straight across when using the garters. NEVERTHELESS, the effect isn't necessarily bad, but I can see this possibly causing the skirt to really slip down when attached to stockings if your stockings ride too low.
MY STRONG ADVICE - try it on at the store, and tug down slightly on the garters to see what would happen if you used them with stockings. If ordering online, I can't help but suggest buying it in both your general size and a size larger and return the one that doesn't fit properly. This also has a simple enough construction that you could easily make it smaller with a half hour sewing job.
