Love this dress but a bit confused

Cons: no bottom hem
I absolutely love the feel of this dress and how it flows nicely. The only thing that dissappointed me greatly was that there was not a bottom hem. Some how I don't think that is how this dress is supposed to be. Anyone else have this issue. Otherwise this dress is beautiful.

Love the stretch cotton and the fact that I can fold it and put it in a suitcase and not worry about it looking really wrinkled after travelling. And if you're blessed with hips like I am, the partial cinched waist and thin flutter sleeves tell help to balance your proportions.
