The top is nice, fits well, but I'm not sure if the cut-out sleeves work, as they reveal more of my rather large arms than I'd like. The floral appliques are just okay, but overall, I'll wear the shirt.

I bought this top in the pink color, and was so excited about it. However, it was a let down. The blouse is so sheer you have to wear it over a cami. However, the fit doesn't go well with a cami. It is too short, and any cami sticks out too far.

Despite the body of the shirt being generously cut, the slit in the arm is cut in a very unflattering spot for plus-sized women. I would not recommend for anyone not happy with showing much of their front arm in this business-wear shirt.
