I ADORE this garter skirt. It's actually comfortable - I was surprised! Has more stretch than the other garter skirt I own, so it fits better. Looks adorable at any height you choose to wear it. And the color is SO me. I owe the whole set of the color pop - panties, bra, garter skirt, and baby doll and I LOVE them.
