Went to store, picked up a couple pairs of Genius Fit Colored Skinny Ankle pants w/zip at ankle. Tried sizes 14-18, 14 fit perfectly. Extremely happy, bought 2 pr. Next I tried on this Denim version of same pants, first in 14: ouch! Too tight, can't get em up! Then tried 16: what? Too loose? Not cool LB.

These genius fit ankle pants fit like MOST LB pants tight in the waist but big in the hips and butt. They were another loser in pants at LB for me. They went back....

the pants were to lose at the bottom they fit fine on top but it look like i was wearing bell bottoms they said ankle fit but they were'nt they will be going back.

I ordered these jeans because my favorite skinny jeans were on their last legs. I’m just about 5’4, so finding a pair of jeans that fit length wise is a challenge. Ankle fit seemed like a good idea. The jeans were nowhere near what I expected. The length was fine. It hit at my ankle as expected. The legs on the other hand…oh boy. For a slim fit/skinny fit jean, the legs were baggy below the knee. The Genius fit is probably fine (the hips and waist fit nicely) but below the knee, it was terrible. I had ordered a pair of jeggings from LB just after Thanksgiving and they had the same problem. For what’s supposed to be a skinny or slim fit, it’s not really that cut. It’s cut more like a tapered “mom” jean, which is unflattering. I was highly, highly disappointed with these and they are going back as soon as I’m able to return them.
I haven’t been able to wear LB jeans for well over a decade now. I will try them every once in a while but I always end up disappointed. They always fit in the waist and hips but they never, ever work below the knee.

great...but....

Cons: color not as deep as in photo.
The color isn't as deep as what is shown in the picture. The fit is good for a curvy girl, I got a 16. and I have roughly a 10inch difference between my waist and hips with a big bottom. I'm also 5' 3", and the jeans hit me at the ankle.

Huge Disappointment

I was so exited when I ordered these jeans. I love skinny jeans and jeggings, and was hoping these would work. However, I have a REALLY hard time finding skinny jeans that fit me properly because my legs are much thinner for someone my size. Waist, I wear between a 22-24, but my legs are like a size 14-16. It's very difficult. I gave these a shot, after reading many reviews. My legs were swimming in these, they fit me super baggy everywhere except the waist. I was hoping they would be more stretchy, and a skinnier fit. Majorly wrong. I will be returning the two pair I got ASAP.

I bought same size as other colors and the fit was way to small. I would have had to go up 2-3sizes to fit at the waist, then the legs would look like ballon pants. LB what happened?

Mixed feelings!

I'm a little mixed in my feelings about these jeans. I haven't been very successful with LB jeans. I love jeans. My only favorite pair of jeans are the T3. I'm 5"3, curvy, and my weight is evenly distributed all over however, my stomach isn't too big considering I weigh 250 lbs. I'm writing all this before I give my review. I purchased these jeans because of the inseam of 27 which is perfect for me and I was looking to purchase more jeans to give me the fit I've been looking for. I purchased a size 16, I had to return them because they were too tight and difficullt to zip up, so I purchased the 18, the fit is comfortable however because they stretch, they are already too big. I agree with on reviewer who said that the legs are big/full more than what I thought they would be, and I have big legs! Unfortunately, I will be returning!

These are the best jeans I've ever owned. I was a little leery because I'm very hippy, but these fit perfectly. The zipper adds an extra flair. I'm a tennis shoe person and these go perfect with sneakers. The color is extremely flattering and slimming. As an added feature, they don't lose their shape. I'm going to purchase several more pairs before they run out.
