Love this suit
Date:March 8, 2013
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
I purchased this suit along with the tan suit when Lane Bryant was offering a buy one get one free on line. My cousin swore buy the MiracleSuit and promised me I would not be disappointed. I had a really hard time spending this much money on a swim suit as I have never purchased a suit I have been happy with since becoming an adult. That changed with these suits. Let me start by saying that I am 5’7 and I weigh 233 pounds. I am a 44 DD in most Lane Bryant Bras. I wear an 18/20 in most Lane Bryant jeans. I don’t have a specific body top and mostly describe myself as the caterpillar. I have rolls throughout my torso which makes it hard to find swim suits that flatter. I was AMAZED at how these suits really do smooth everything out. This particular suit did a great job not only smoothing but hiding my stomach areas that I am the most self-conscience of. My back is also smooth and flat. At an 18 it is definitely the smallest size I would want to go. This suit, at an 18, is very snug. Again, I knew going in buying this size that it may be on the smaller size for me but actually another 10 pounds and it should be fine. But at my weight and height, I wanted to share how it fit on me hoping it might help someone else. I was surprised at how little bulging out I had coming out of the top of the back of the suit on my back or out of the top of breasts. I kept thinking that pushing everything down or spreading everything out, it has to go somewhere, right? It actually looked really great! For me at this weight, my only problem that I will worry about is that it is a little tight around my legs. But that is because I did go a size smaller. I am probably in between sizes right now honestly. I will agree with the others that the top of the suit is minimizing but for me, that isn't a downfall. I don’t always want my breasts to be out there leading the way and sometimes having them confined and controlled in a swimsuit is nice. I can play with my kids and jump in the pool with them and not worry about any problems of accidental exposes. I am EXTREMELY happy with this suit and I ended up trying it on and doing a virtual chat with my cousin and showing it to her and she said it totally flattered my body type and she LOVED it. I am very happy and I honestly think this is probably the most confidence I will have in a bathing suit at this weight. Love it.

small cups
Date:March 1, 2013
Pros: Style, Comfort
Cons: small cups
like the other reviewer, i bought this suit last year. i liked that it was a basic and comfortable suit that was smooth under clothing. it has great tummy control and gives nice shape through the torso. my only problem was with the cup sizes. last summer i was a siz 18, 42DD and the size 22 fit well everywhere but the bust. the cups were far too small to accommodate me, but luckily the structure of the suit provided some support. other than the small bust (which seems to be an issue in all LB one piece suits) i really liked the bathing suit.

nice basic
Date:February 27, 2013
Pros: Style
Cons: small-ish cups
like the other reviewer, i bought this suit last year. it's very comfortable and has nice structure through the torso. i thought the cups ran a little small. i was a 42DD last year and bought the size 22 (though i wore an 18) and felt like it didn't accommodate my bust very well. it minimized it considerably. i kept it anyway since the rest of the suit fit very well and it looked nice. i'm still hoping LB will make one piece suits with larger cups one of these years.

Excellent Flattering Purchase
Date:February 23, 2013
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
I bought this bathing suit in black last year and it was one of my best buys of 2012. I'm 5'6" with an hourglass build. I bought a 16 and I started wearing it at 42DDD and got down to 38 DD with it still being my main suit. It supported me perfectly. It's a very simple suit, none of the layers you see on some of these other ones, which I sometimes find annoying. My only complaint, and it's barely a complaint at that, is that by the end of the summer the black got pretty sunbleached, so it might be a single season investment. I may buy again this year in navy.
