Size Addition Depends on Your Cup Size

These push up pads are very comfortable. I am a size 42DDD or 42F and find that they do not increase my size by that much. Since I am using them to balance me out :) they do the job very well. If you are looking to enhance yourself overall the addition you receive will depend on your cup size. If you are a smaller cup size these will make a big difference vs. if you are a bigger cup size. The pads feel soft, but depending on your bra choice you will be able to see them through the bra. They are substantial therefore you may see a bulge if the bra is thin. I personally appreciate the design and believe they will last for quite some time.

most women have one side that's a cup larger than the other and this takes care of that problem. I actually forget that I have one in my bra to boost up my smaller side.It's nice not feeling lopsided anymore!

Perfect to even up uneven breasts!

I wear a 44D bra and have almost a cup size difference in my breasts and have had trouble finding a bra to fit me right. I saw these and thought I'd try one in the smaller side to see if it evened me up to make my bra's fit better. It worked! I can finally buy bras and not have to worry about them pulling to the larger side or gaping on the smaller side. They are pretty big so I wouldn't recommend them for smaller breasts. I wear them with the balconette bra and have no trouble with being able to see that I have something in there. They may be visible through unlined bras. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they are covered by a very thin film and I'm afraid they will tear or bust. However so far, so good.

Comfy but not natural

These are very comfortable in the bra however they do not look natural and do not add a full cup size. I wear a 38/40C and these simply gave me some extra cleavage. Plus, they made my bra have a strange lump in the bottom where it was sitting so it just doesn't look natural. You can easily tell that there's something in there.
