Roll Down Top!
Date:January 10, 2013
Pros: Style
Cons: Fit
On my body types this style rolls down horribly. I asked the associate what to get, having decided on the open bust $88 version. She convinced me to go with the cheaper version on her personal experience.

Works great but is delicate
Date:September 20, 2012
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
Cons: stitching comes apart
I fall smack dab in the middle of the F class of these for height and weight but putting this on was hard. The first move caused a break in the under layer on my left leg (your thumb will go STRAIGHT THROUGH the material). I proceeded anyway and managed to get the whole thing on. I then wore it for about 12hrs with NO rolling or slipping. It was great!
Unfortunately, the shoddy stitching underneath where the leg folds under and attaches had come apart quite easily and I'm now left with a broken piece I can't return. However, it technically still works. I'm going to attempt to stitch it but really, I shouldn't have to.

don't hold up after one wash
Date:July 2, 2012
Pros: Comfort
Cons: poor quality of material, fell apart after wash
Smoothed and shaped really well but the leg area gets ripped and doesn't hold up at all after one wash. I put it on delicate and other spanx products have done fine in the machine, but not this type. Disappointed since they cost so much and only got one or two times of wear!

These. Rock.
Date:June 8, 2012
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort, prevents thigh rubbing., durable, they last a good long while! don't use drier!
Cons: sometimes uncomfortable on round/straight waists., run tight - might want to go up 1 size.
These hold me tight in all the right places. I have issues with - well, basically the exact areas these cover. They smooth my trouble areas on my inner thighs, smooth my waist, enhance my curves, hug my bum just enough but leave my shape, and go right up to my bra line leaving me nice and held in and smooth. I wear these nearly every day. I used to wear them once in a while for certain outfits, but after having lost a huge amount of weight, they also help with (sorry if this is too much information) the loose skin now. I also wear a lot of dresses & skirts, and love that these keep my thighs from rubbing. I actually use an older pair under my workout clothes. It can be quite physically uncomfortable on my body doing higher impact exercise without something holding my fluffy/loose parts tight - for real. I loved them at 320lbs, and I love them just as much at 190. I would certainly suggest going up one size in this style. They're hardcore... I fall right in the middle of the size D range, but the E do PLENTY. Again, sorry if I gave a bit too much information, but these have done wonders for me. If you don't have a naturally defined waist, I would get the regular higher power Spanx, and not Spanx® In-Power Line Super Higher Power. These will just make you feel like you're a sausage because of how much they concentrate on your midsection.

Why have I waited so long to buy spanx?
Date:May 6, 2012
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
I'm a big girl, and I don't wear pants because of my stomach. Even the skirts I wear (loose cotton, flowing types) are not great because of how my stomach looks. However, I just bought this super higher power shaper in my size and I am so pleased with how it pulled in and smoothed out my stomach. In the end, as another reviewer said, I felt so much more confident in how I looked when I went to church last night. I may not be the 125 lb girl I used to be, but that doesn't mean that I can't look my best at this size. Thanks LB and Spanx for helping us girls maintain our feminine, confident side. (By the way, NO issues with the legs rolling up on the thighs. I bought the size according to the Spanx chart.)

Worth it, maybe...
Date:December 13, 2011
Pros: Fit
Cons: Comfort
I purchased two of these, last year. I also purchase one of the cheaper ones of these. A year later I still wear the same ones, the lining for the legs tore on all three about 4 months ago. I wear them almost daily. I'm looking into new ones now though as it seems they don't hold me in as well anymore. I have also lost weight since so that could be why as well. At the time when I first bought them, they did the job, I was amazed pants I bought years ago suddenly fit me again! The only downside I've experience aside from the tearing a year later, the fact that unless I'm wearing a bra with a band that never moves up, the back occasionally rolls down *ANNOYING!!! OMG!* Also the few times I've fallen asleep in them, I've woken up with terrible stomach aches!

Amazing
Date:September 23, 2011
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
This shaper far exceeded all of my expectations! It gave me instant curves and a great foundation. The fact that it is seamless greatly adds to its appeal. I have not only worn it with dresses and skirts, but also with jeans! Each time, it was totally undetectable. It is so comfortable that I sometimes forget that I am wearing it. Gives me so much more confidence**

Ripped after first time wearing
Date:August 18, 2011
Cons: poor quality
I have always worn the Spanx higher power panty and decided to try the super higher power. They ripped shortly after I purchased them. I purchased another pair a size larger thinking that they may have been too small. That wasn't the case. The second pair ripped during the first time wearing them. The hole started in the butt area and worked it's way down. NOT worth the money.

LOVE THEM!
Date:June 28, 2011
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
I started wearing these about 3 years ago... At first I wasn't sure how I liked them. Now i don't go anywhere without them! Just remember they are like nylons when you pull them up be sure to gather them like you would with nylons and they wont tear :) Mine last for months!

Not worth the money.
Date:June 3, 2011
Pros: Style, Comfort
Cons: duarability
I bought these in December for my Christmas dress and they ripped in the crotch area within a week. They work well but the fact that they are pricey and rip easily is not worth the money. This is not to say for all Spanx products however, just this one in particular.

Good Fit - Be Careful Pulling Up
Date:May 19, 2011
Pros: Fit, Comfort
Cons: delicate
Once on, these provided a great, smooth look under dresses. I am a size 18 and wanted these to smooth out my tummy under a bridesmaid dress. I ordered size F but probably could have gone down one size. However, be extra careful when putting them on...Don't pull up by the waistband, put them on like you would pantyhose & work from the bottom up. I tore the leg seam the first time I put them on. They are still wearable, but require extra care and may not last much longer. A bit disappointed by this, but they will still work for the one day I need them.

Want My money back to purchase the High Power
Date:May 14, 2011
Pros: Fit, Comfort
Cons: Style
I wish I read the reviews before I purchased this item. The first time wearing it, I noticed it had 2 holes in it and the leg was unraveling. Now that I have worn it twice the holes are bigger and I do not know why. I got the same size that I would get ing the High Power but obviously the sizing is not true to form. Also, what is the purpose of the couchless insert? It is not convenient or functional like the High Power Panties. I would really love my money back to purchase a High Power panty that is guaranteed to work. I am not sure about other customers but the only advantage of the In-line Super High Power shaper is the fact that it does not cling. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I wasted $40
Date:May 11, 2011
Cons: Fit, Comfort, legs don't stay in place; roll up
I'm normally a Spanx fan but I hated this item. It was hard to get into, had a hole in it after one wear and, the worse part, the legs rolled up. My dress got caught in the rolls riding up my thighs. Not pretty. Never again.

a pretty good shaper
Date:May 9, 2011
Pros: Comfort
Cons: Fit, top rolls down
When I first bought this item, I was disappointed because I could not get it to stay up; the top kept rolling down. The last couple of times I have worn it, however, I have not had this problem. Rolling it up pretty high and tucking it under my bra in the front and back seem to do the trick. I have lost some weight since I first bought it, so maybe that's why it fits better? The support is strong and gave me a bit more confidence while wearing a close fitting top on a date. I would give it more stars if it didn't roll down so easily.

Works well but doesn't last
Date:April 15, 2011
Pros: Fit
Cons: quality
I loved it at first. It fit well and gave me a nice shape. However after the second time I wore it I saw that the underlining in the legs had started to unravel. It's at the point now that I can no longer wear it. I had the lane Bryant brand shaper and it was simpler, worked better and held up better.
I will avoid this brand in the future

Really does the job!
Date:March 24, 2011
Pros: Style, Fit, Comfort
I went into Lane Bryant looking for something to wear while wedding gown shopping and the most amazing sales associate recommended these. Now she did pre-warn me that they are really hard to get on. Boy she wasn't kidding!!! After about 15 minutes of jumping, tugging, and hopping around in the dressing room I finally got them on. The sales associate then told me I could probably do a smaller size....but after all that there was no way I was going to try to get a smaller size on! Once they are on they really stay put. They go right up to the bra line. I wore them while gown shopping and they never rolled down or moved. They make me look sleek and slender! I love them! Unfortunately for me the sales girl was right and I really could have gone with the smaller size, so I will probably go back for another pair in the next size down. One interesting thing about Spanx is they have a hole so you don't have to completely undress to urinate. When I first noticed this I thought I had ripped them but then I realized what it was. Haven't tried it out yet, but it may come in handy on my wedding day!

Comfy but a smidge too big
Date:January 7, 2011
Pros: Comfort
Cons: Fit, in the middle - go down a size!
I ordered according to the size chart (I am 5'5" 270 lbs) and ordered a G. While it did fit and I didn't have to roll around on the floor or break a sweat to put it on, I definitely could have gone down a size. I was sort of between sizes, but since I don't like things super tight (especially shapers) I played it safe. I will keep this one but definitely going to order the size down also. The split crotch is a bit wierd. Might as well do away with it - I can't imagine any woman actually attempting to use it! For the price, it's a good buy & I highly recommend.

Spanx are wonderful!!
Date:November 19, 2010
Pros: Fit, Comfort
I've been wearing the Spanx In-Power Super Higher Power Shaper now for a few years, and I just love them. They are so comfortable that I wear them with almost everything I wear. To prevent tearing, it is important that you get your correct size, and after so many wears, it is true that they will need to be replaced. I usually purchase me a new one once a year. I love my Spanx!!!!!

Quality Issues
Date:October 25, 2010
Pros: Comfort
Cons: not durable
Purchased these and wore them 3 times before they started tearing in the crotch. I had 8 holes all around the crotch area and sizing was not an issue. I give them 2 stars because the do work great and are very comfortable as long as you get the right size.
