I really like this item. I'm a size 22 round shaped girl, and I like to wear spanx or other shapewear under dresses and skirts to smooth out the lumps and bumps. Up until now I've always worn two items: a shaping cami and a shaper for the tummy/thigh area...which I hated since they met in the middle for a tight squeeze. So this looked perfect - and although it's not perfect, it suits my needs. It's definitely not firm control, but it's a decent medium control item. I did not feel as tight and smooth as some other shapewear items I own, but this was also a lot more comfortable. I wore it today for about 3 hours and had no problems with it riding up or moving and it provided support without squeezing too much while making me feel a little more confident in the dress I was wearing.
Bottom line: if you're looking for something comfortable to provide moderate support, this is the item for you. It's also a pretty item, I really like the lace detail. I wear a size 22 so I bought the 22/24 and found it very comfortable and not too restricting...but I wonder if I sized down if it would've made more of a difference shape-wise...? Anyway, it's a purchase I'm not disappointed in and I know I'll use a lot.

I loved the look of this slip and wanted something like this for a while. I ordered my dress size 24, and guess what, it is super tight! That was somewhat expected, but this slip rides up to my waist. Getting in and out of cars, climbing stairs, even simply walking becomes a nightmare. I am constantly having to run to the bathroom to pull this down. Please order up a size or two, otherwise, you will return this.

I love this. I was looking for something to hide some problem areas, and was tired of wearing a couple different shapers. This one, is SO wonderful! It was more affordable using a coupon, which is always nice - even got a great blouse for just under $60 - for both pieces. I wanted to give this five stars, but it does ride up a bit under my dresses, but I believe that can be fixed by wearing pantyhose to keep the slip in place better. So, depending on the year, this is really a 5-star piece. What I like about it, the lace trim - which is a great detail under a lower cut dress! It has adjustable straps, and the lace part at the top gives the girls a boost! And it definitely provides the control and smoothing that I wanted, and erases all of my bumps and lumps in my booty area! Makes me feel bootylicious. It's great. It was exactly what I was looking for to go under a little black dress - (and I thought I'd have to get Spanx like I have in the past) - so glad I tried this first from Lane Bryant! I have two young sons and am a homemaker, so I try to do my best to by budget friendly pieces - that are practical. I will be wearing this often, as I wear a lot of dresses. I even took the dare of ordering it online, I'm a true 18/20, D-cup and ordered that size, it fit snugly but does what it's supposed to! The 14/16 would have been too tight, and I do think if I had a bigger bust - it may have squeezed the girls too much? Just my opinion. Another great product from LB - I hope other women like this as much as I do! I made an account just to review it :)
